Items at the ReStore are sold on a first come, first served basis. Prices are posted on most items but if you don't see a price, ask! Prices are only reduced on items after 30 days in inventory. The old adage, 'if you see it, and want it, BUY IT, before it's gone!' really holds true at the ReStore. If you see the items you want, purchase them today, as they won't be there tomorrow!
Regular shoppers know new items arrive weekly, and they line up on Friday morning to look over and buy the new arrivals. You can keep up with the regulars by joining the regulars! You must come to the ReStore to find the special deals you want.
We will answer the phone (and your questions) during business hours, but we cannot hold items. If you buy an item, you are expected to remove it from the ReStore before close of the business day. Items not removed after two days are subject to resale. There are no refunds, but store credit is given if you buy an item and don't pick it up, or take it home only to find it doesn't fit. Bring it back in the same condition and you will received store credit.
You are responsible for loading and securing your items into your vehicle, so bring a pickup and help if you plan to purchase large items (furniture, appliances, etc.).
