What we do
- Build affordable, attainable, & sustainable homes in Calaveras County
- Repair homes (see guidelines) for homeowners in Calaveras County
- Build Healthy Neighborhoods & Family Stability
Who
- Repair Program – Local income-qualified families, seniors, veterans, and disabled persons who want to stay in their homes
- New Home – Income Qualified persons living and/or working in Calaveras County
- Must be able to qualify for and pay back a zero – low interest loan
- Must be willing to partner with Habitat by providing sweat equity hours
